Bubble Alternatives
Let’s make it clear: there is not always enough soap, or glycerine, or detergent to use. Somehow we must compensate it with other stuff. Let’s examine the alternatives!
- Condom
- Balloon
- Saliva
- Zeppelin
- Chewing Gum

Dear Andreas, do you have contact information for Alan McKay? I’m trying to reach him. DS
Alan McKay is my sister-in-law’s brother. I will see them in Feb 2008 and will advise him that you are trying to reach him. Alternatively, you can give me your email address and I will forward it on to him.
regards,
Joanne
Hi Joanne. In the admittedly unlikely event that you read my comment, would you mind if you could send Mr. McKay my contact information as well? A colleague, Prof. Simon Watkins of RMIT University has been somewhat enamored by his bubble and uses it to illustrate the complex turbulence structures in the atmosphere. Both myself and Simon would be interested in talking to Mr. McKay about his impressive feat. Thank you kindly! – Mujahid – mujahid-at-ufl-dot-edu
